(Back in October, 2003, the director of the St. Columba Fil-Ministry choir asked me to write a song that my daughter can sing solo at the Saturday vesper mass. That week, I wrote Thank You, Lord, which Jitter (Gina) sang at mass. )

Thank you, Lord that I can love
That I can give my all
That I may use the gifts I have
To serve Your gentle call

In all that I will try to do
Let me give for you
And be more giving everyday
And find more love in me to give away

In you I find peace of mind
My heart is filled with praise
Honor to your name on high
Fill me with your grace

Thank You, Lord that I can live
To see, to hear, to know
All things lovely, pure and true
All your goodness shows

May all that I will do or say
How I work and play
Make everything around me grow
With the life that from your fountain flows.
